Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 12 June 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of The Tech ABC WhatsApp platform at whatsapp.thetechabc.com, operated by StoresWiki LLC, Lewes, Delaware, USA ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
The platform lets you send WhatsApp messages, run campaigns, automate replies and manage contacts on free and paid plans. We may add, change or retire features over time.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the WhatsApp numbers you connect.
3. Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed at the price shown at checkout and unlock higher messaging and feature limits. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled beforehand; you can cancel anytime from your account. Refunds follow your statutory rights, including the EU 14-day right of withdrawal where applicable.
4. Acceptable use & messaging compliance
You must only message recipients who have given you valid consent, and you must comply with WhatsApp's Business and Commerce Policies and all applicable anti-spam, privacy and telecoms laws. You may not use the platform to send unlawful, deceptive, bulk-unsolicited or harmful messages. Violations — including those that put our messaging infrastructure at risk — may result in immediate suspension.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the contacts, templates and content you upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to process and send them on your behalf as you direct.
6. Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation, and message delivery depends on WhatsApp and carriers beyond our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, with the competent courts of Catania (CT) having jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights.
