This Privacy Policy explains how StoresWiki LLC ("The Tech ABC WhatsApp", "we", "us"), operator of the WhatsApp messaging platform at whatsapp.thetechabc.com, collects, uses and protects your personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Italian law.

Information we collect

• Account data — name, email, phone and password when you register.
• Subscription & billing — plan, credit balance and limited payment details (full card data stays with our payment processors).
• Messaging data — your contact lists, message templates, campaigns and the connected WhatsApp numbers/sessions you use to send messages.
• Technical data — device, browser and IP address via cookies.

How we use it (legal bases)

We process data to provide the service and your account (contract, Art. 6(1)(b)), to secure and improve the platform and prevent abuse (legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f)), for optional marketing and non-essential cookies (consent, Art. 6(1)(a)), and to meet legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).

Messaging & compliance

You are responsible for obtaining valid consent from your recipients and for complying with WhatsApp's Business Policy and applicable anti-spam and telecoms laws. We process the contacts and content you upload solely to deliver your campaigns on your behalf.

Sharing

We share data only with the processors needed to run the platform — messaging/WhatsApp infrastructure, payment processors, and hosting, email and analytics services — and where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

Your rights

Security & retention

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and access controls, and keep personal data only as long as necessary before deleting or anonymising it.
